Every jar is slow-cooked in small batches, using methods passed down through generations, to bring the true taste of Lebanon to your kitchen. Made from 100% plant-based ingredients with no artificial preservatives, our creations honor tradition while embracing conscious, mindful indulgence.

Our Story
Every jar starts with fruit picked at its peak, cooked low and slow in small copper pots — never rushed, never mass-produced. No shortcuts, no artificial pectin, just fruit, sugar, and time.
What began as a few jars shared with neighbors has grown into a kitchen full of seasonal preserves — but the recipe for doing it right hasn't changed.
